Interior Motions brought the iTrade Network office to new heights by improving the lighting quality, office layout, and functionality of their commercial interior design.

Our Challenge:

An office should provide a professional, inviting, and productive workspace—and this is what we wanted to create for iTrade Network. While there were many large windows in their original office, there were also many closed-off spaces, dark corners, and absorptive colors that affected the overall environment. Additionally, employees were not in practical proximity to one another. The office required a commercial interior design that was more cohesive, efficient, and inspiring.

Our Solution:

Interior Motions started by prioritizing collaboration across departments. We learned how different groups worked together to better arrange the layout for productivity. Pop-up soundproof booths and cubicles were added strategically for better accessibility and a quieter workspace. We also used noise barriers to mitigate traveling sound and ensure privacy between employees. Rearranging furniture around the perimeter opened up the space to more natural light. Our vast network of vendor connections allowed us to work with the original finishes of the building to complement the existing color palette.

The Outcome:

We created a layout that was more functional, with better sound management and more natural light. The new interior design spoke to iTrade Network’s appreciation of creativity and simplicity—employees loved to be in the new space.
